The Evo Total Transformation Giveaway is open to individuals age 18 and older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry will be granted for attending The Evo Experience event. Additional entries may be earned through qualifying actions as outlined in the event materials, including referrals and qualifying purchases.

Entries earned through purchases are based on the total transaction amount prior to taxes and gratuities and must be completed during The Evo Experience event to qualify. All raffle entries must be received prior to the official drawing.

The winner will be selected at random and notified following the event. The Evo Total Transformation Package is valued at approximately $20,000 and consists of a curated selection of treatments and services determined by Evoyouthful and its medical providers. Treatments included in the package are subject to medical eligibility and provider approval. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize are permitted.

Certain treatments included in the package may require multiple visits and must be completed within the time period specified by Evoyouthful. If a winner is not medically eligible for a specific treatment, an alternative service of comparable value may be offered at the provider's discretion.
